Complete Your Super Cable Recovery Order

Your Kickstarter pledge was dropped after payment could not be collected. No payment was received for that pledge. HALOBAND is offering a secure, official Shopify checkout so eligible backers can recover their original Super Cable order.

How it works

1. HALOBAND verifies your original Kickstarter backer record.
2. We send you a personalized Shopify checkout link based on your original reward and pledge details.
3. Review the items, shipping address, shipping charges, estimated shipping timing, and total before paying.
4. After payment, you receive an official HALOBAND order confirmation. Tracking will be sent when your order ships.

Estimated shipping

Shipping is planned to begin in September 2026, following the original Kickstarter campaign schedule. Timing may vary by country or region due to customs clearance and carrier availability. This is a recovery pre-order, not an in-stock order. If the shipping timeline changes materially, we will contact you with the option to keep waiting or request a refund.

Payment safety

Only pay through the secure checkout on haloband.com. HALOBAND will never ask you to send card details by email or message. Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout are used; no separate payment plugin is required.

Eligibility and duplicate-order protection

This recovery option is only for backers whose Kickstarter pledge was dropped. Each recovery checkout is matched to one Kickstarter backer record. If your original Kickstarter payment was successfully collected, do not place a recovery order.
