HALOBAND stands behind its products with the following warranties:

* Guaranteed for Life Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other Individual. HALOBAND has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this warranty to be five (5) years from the original date of purchase of the product from an authorized reseller.

Two Year Warranty

HALOBAND warrants the following products with a TWO (2) Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty"): All products. This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship and failure to perform as intended. This Warranty covers replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at HALOBAND's discretion. This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-HALOBAND product used in connection with a HALOBAND product. This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration. HALOBAND’s liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty replaces any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this Warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon HALOBAND.

Guaranteed For Life Warranty

HALOBAND warrants the following products with a Guaranteed for Life Warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”): Cables with lifetime warranty. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is for the life of the product covered by the warranty. Over time products are subject to normal wear and tear and may become obsolete due to advances in technology, therefore, this Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-HALOBAND product used in connection with a HALOBAND product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other individual. Considering the foregoing, HALOBAND has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty to be five (5) years from the original date of purchase of the product from an authorized reseller. During the time the Limited Lifetime Warranty is in effect, HALOBAND warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. HALOBAND will replace a product if the product does not perform as intended due to defective parts or workmanship. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not extend to instances where the product is damaged through use for which it was not intended, such as misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration. In no event shall HALOBAND be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if HALOBAND has been advised of the possibility thereof. HALOBAND’s liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 30 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made on haloband.com, HALOBAND honors a thirty (30) day return policy. Product must be returned in its original packaging with the proof of purchase to HALOBAND Technical Support. A refund of the purchase price of the product will be provided (some exclusions may apply).
